RETURN OR EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following conditions:

  1. The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  2. The request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Once a product has been used, even slightly, we can no longer accept it for exchange or refund.
  4. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defect or damage.
  5. Sale items may only be exchanged or credited in store. All second-hand, clearance, demonstration and liquidation items are final sales. A clearance item is one whose price has been reduced by 20% or more. There are no warranties, returns or exchanges on final sale items.
  6. ***Special promotions: All items purchased at a discount during Boxing Day, Black Friday or Cyber Monday are final sales.
  7. Due to high traffic on promotional days (i.e. Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), no returns or exchanges will be accepted during these times.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customersupport@boomastore.com with your proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice or order confirmation, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or images if required.
  3. Once your refund request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

PRODUCT RETURN

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipment. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  2. Products showing excessive wear and tear beyond what is considered reasonable for normal usage.
  3. Clearance or final sale items, gift cards, used or demo items, pickleballs.
  4. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

For any regular-priced in-stock item that goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, you may receive a store credit for the price difference from the original retail price. We do not offer price adjustments on items sold during promotions (i.e. Boxing day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) To receive a price adjustment, please contact customer service by phone or email.
